Plumcot is about bringing and sharing our love of French pastry to Hong Kong. Everything is artisanal and lovingly handmade in-house.
With the technique and know-how acquired from years of experience at some of the most prestigious establishments in the world, we understand the importance, and insist on using the best ingredients to make our products. Our primary ingredients are French - butter, flour, cream. For chocolate, we proudly use Valrhona.
