Plumcot is about bringing and sharing our love of French pastry to Hong Kong. Our shop is an intimate and modern space without frills. Everything is artisanal and made in-house here in the small neighbourhood of Tai Hang, where the hidden roads and alleyways remind us of Paris.
We have the technique and know-how acquired from years of experience at some of the most prestigious establishments in the world. We understand the importance, and insist on using the best ingredients to make the best products. The majority of our ingredients are French - butter, flour, cream, even salt. Our chocolates are also from France - we proudly use Valrhona and Chocolaterie de l'Opera.
We support local businesses too - our seasonal Hazeloffee ice cream flavour was made with beans roasted by CRAFT.
